TERRIBLE - BAD FAITH & EXTRA COSTS, BLACKMAIL AND INSURANCE FAILA complete disaster! I cannot recommend this company. Problems were too many to mention and solutions never came, except to my own cost and expenses. My employer hired them for my removal from Germany to Cyprus, based on price. What a mistake!The first surprise was when the packing of my household goods was on the second day, they sent the bill and it was more than agreed. Much stress followed to understand what was happening, which was basically that their price quote did NOT include VAT (although they were expressly requested to do so). I ended up paying for this (19% of the total price) out of my own pocket. By the way, they blackmailed me to pay it or else they wouldn't deliver my goods to my new home.The second surprise was upon receiving my goods in Cyprus. Although the service that was hired was full "door to door", they wanted to charge me extra for shuttle transfer because allegedly it was a hard place to reach with a container. Only that it was not: my new home was centrally located, in a calm but wide one-way street close to the Embassies, where a former colleague had already lived and had her relocation (in and out) done without any problems. The only way I could avoid those extra charges was to take matters into my own hands and directly negotiate with the community I moved into, in order to block the visitor's parking so they could deliver my goods. No help whatsoever from Froesch or the local consignee.The third and final surprise was that a few items went missing. Ok, this could happen, which is why I privately paid 2.5% insurance in order to secure all my goods. Only that the insurance company offered to pay only 50% of the value of the goods that I had declared. I accepted because I was so sick and tired of this horrible move, and then they took MONTHS to actually pay me half of what I was owed.Having had many international moves in my life, this was by far the worst. Froesch was unhelpful, unfriendly and all they wanted to do was charge me more, more and more. I do NOT recommend this company, not even to my worst enemy!

Diese Umzugsfirma ist freundlich, aber sehr langsam und kann keine Ergebnisse vorweisen um Probleme zu lsen. Als "Normaler" Brger habe ich erwartet dass eine Umzugsfirma Ihren Kunden rechtzeitig und umfassend ber notwendige Dokumente und Ereignisse im Zusammenhang mit der Lieferung informiert. Erst durch persnlich Recherche und dem Kontakt zum Zollamt konnte wir unser Umzugsgut verzollen. Von der Froesch haben bis dahin nur Vertrstung und den Rat zur Geduld bekommen. Firma Froesch, Nein Danke.
Kann mich Herrn Hentschel nur anschlieen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter zu Beginn, aber unfhig bei Problemen. Froesch hat bei unserem Umzug Schrankteile und Schrauben verloren. Obwohl allen klar ist, dass sie hier den Fehler gemacht haben, ist Froesch nicht in der Lage den Fehler zu begleichen oder dafr zu bezahlen. Froesch verweist immer auf ihre Versicherung, die irgendwo in Frankreich sitzt, diese aber monatelang nicht reagiert....Kann daher leider Froesch nicht empfehlen. Was ntzen mir freundliche Mitarbeiter, wenn man am Ende eine Leistung bezahlt, aber nun auf Mbelteilen sitzen bleibt und nach einem halben Jahr immer noch keine Lsung gefunden hat. Wrde mich mal interessieren was die Geschftsfhrung dazu sagt!? Oder ist das bei Froesch Masche???
